BRUNCH DAY!

What can one love more than the richness, the excitement, and the ever-surprising of the wonderful brunch? To me, brunch day is way more than a late nice breakfast. It is that precious moment of gathering with loved ones around a table full of colorful, exciting, and super tasty dishes. It is the feast of both worlds, the seen, and the unseen. It is a symphony of the mmms, the yums, the laughter, and the joy. Sunlight makes it so much different than dinner, as it brings out the happy, enthusiastic nature of every invitee.

Brunch Day is a concept I envisioned after many amazing brunch days I had with friends, family, and clients, in many places around the world. It always gets me in a vortex of inspiration and creativity that grows bigger and bigger every time I do it. The result is always unique. It still amazes me how many different things you can create out of basically the same ingredients. Just have a look at the videos in the gallery.

How is this happening?

Brunch Day is a monthly one-day event that takes place in different locations, with different set-ups, and different live music moments. Imagine it as a very intimate, heart-warming pop-up gathering with great food and great music.

We host three groups of 6 people:
1st from 10:30 to 12:30
2nd from 13:30 to 15:30
3rd from 16:00 to 18:30

The registration is made through private message to my number: 0040726370644

The location and details are shared three days before the event.
We do it by word-of-mouth recommendation, so you won’t find much information online. We have a private telegram group where we announce the next gatherings, and where we share photos and impressions.

These are the words that first come to mind when trying to describe Elyas and his cookery. Having the honour to witness every step of his process, i can confidently say that there is an infinite amount of care that he pours into his craft. The mindful gathering, gentle prepping and an overall playful and curious approach all add up to a culinary experience that undoubtedly is going to leave your mouth watering and your soul smiling. I think that being able to make the transition from a good cook to a full-on food alchemist is quite the challenge. But seems to me that Elyas is seamlessly and effortlessly tapping into this realm, with every dish unlocking new levels of the tasty magic he has brewing inside him.
